I think roll out is the operative word here...I have been tracking this for a while and they don't do MOU's with non-recognizable foreign firms...these guys have genuinely large and well credentialed counterparties and clients.....Teletrac Navman are well renowned hard taskmasters.. i think this is on 2 x current rev, strongly operationally positive...and they are heading into their seasonally strongest period, its hard to find stocks like this.
