Interesting. Maybe they just didn't pay their business registration bill till they think it's worth it and now they think it may be worth it given the neighbour's success.
The tenement licence did have an extension owing to covid on the bottom but the business licence seems to have lapsed. If the tenements are handed back to the government, I would think LRS has a likely opportunity to get them, given the 20 March announcement to fast track approvals and licencing.
