I have had a look at the tenement system (thanks @nlopezs ) Those numbers in Section 2 are the ones that are regularly put in on LRS announcements and their website, namely the current tenements already owned and under option.
I (think I) had a look at who owns the tenements between Fogs's Block and Colina. There appears to be two tenement blocks 830658/2018 and 830659/2018, that are both owned by SLIPSTREAM PARTICIPACOES LTDA..
A google search of this owner shows that the ltd company was registered in 2016, but a couple of websites says the status is: Extinction due to Closure Voluntary Liquidation 2020.
So, not sure if I'm not using the system correctly (language barrier despite google translate), but negotiating with one group for a possible acquisition would be much easier than multiple parties.
