As per usual they are doing what they do best, IMO, suck in unsuspecting investors for the entitlement offer, then dilute them even further the next day by 30+%.
Incredible, I'm gobsmacked at the audacity, off the back of a product they haven't developed, not manufacturing/available until (sometime) in April?? So they say.
They have been completely vague on timing and orders of Invisi-shield.
Even ZNO can't guarantee supply chain ingredients, or predict further supply side disruption in the future. See extract from ZNO announcement today.
IMO these guys are milking this for all it is worth.
