    On the last day of the year, NEW has sold the 50% MS2 interest to another E&P Solar Fund (the one they recently sold shares in) at a price less than that announced back in June. Transaction fees may be paid to E&P on both sides of the deal, definitely on NEW side. NEW CEO is CEO of the purchasing fund. Says it all.
