    Correction, NEW isn't paying a transaction fee per the announcement. However FUM fees in the US Solar Fund plc are double that of NEW, and also debt arranging fees in US Solar Fund plc are also payable if debt funded. So,other than selling at a price less than that announced in June NEW shareholders are not being gouged. E&P overall is benefiting as management of the asset has been switched to a higher fee paying fund.
