I took my entitlement and sold my position at 27.5 late yesterday. reason being the bad sentiment left by this offer possibly causing legal action (which it still might even if they accept the offer - possibly why the revised offer is such a large increase)
Hope they can accept this, get the CC contract PUBLISHED and after 23rd can show better than expected results.
With Mah though be prepared for random releases of info, that you can never rely on.
