I am so glad they walked. They were an unwelcome distraction. Macmahonn acted in the best interest of their shareholders majority and minority.Their offer was opportunistic and lacked insight. The way Sembawang is conducting themselves it is possible Sembawang thinks Macmahon is a distressed play and therefore the board and shareholders should be compelled to accept the offer. I am happy to go along with way they have managed this period. I am wondering if FMG is waiting to see the outcome of the capital raising before they announce the CK deal. Who knows may be Macmahon is more appealing with more cash in the bank.
