re: Ann: New Senior Debt Facility and Market ... Cant help but feel something is going on in the background here. Debt shifted from CBA to Tony Wales, total something like $58 million. Why the shuffle to a Director when there were other alternatives apparently , as per last update, and where is Ace who never have seemed to be put to bed, even after they did not front up with the money after getting shareholder approval. The Company should be suing them on behalf of shareholders! Is it possible they had to get rid of CBA to get Ace across the line? Why no new debt negotiations till mid June. Why did the MD step down for "conflicts" and has not reappeared. All sounds strange to me. Hope there is some meaning to it all.
