A lot of ' Fresh ' Talent here ......but as usual , the Market jut doesn't seem convinced or interested.....so from me it's no further comment except that ' Distribution ' is clearly what is going on here - and why should we not be surprised about that. What bout Terrativa ? We've heard nothing about it's first ' Million ' shares for putting together the deal ? Haven't they gone through already ? , and if so I guess they are reducing their exposure , as there has be no further ASX notice stating otherwise. Why wouldn't you sell down anyway if you were them. You've received your Million bucks ......so why not hang out for a further $500,000 ..... Especially when you consider they may even be entitled to more if the MC stay's above the first $50 million market. That was the agreement right ?

Whatever the case , there appears to be a severe case of SP indigestion going on here with the Market saying it's not worth anymore that the current price of .15 cents - which just happens to be the price of the unlisted options expiring 31st January 2020. And of course that means that the company only has what 49 trading days left until they miss out entirely on the $2.5 million extra ' bickkies '. And we all know that $10 - $11 million does not last long in this business. Seems more of the same ' Boy's ' club mentality going on here at this company I reckon. The ' BOY's ' from Brazil I'll call them. Just more salaries to drain the available funds IMO.

With respect to the Unlisted Options expiry date - I would think that even though they are unlisted , they would still be governed by ASX rules and obligations as to appropriate notice periods and advising the market of the mandatory months notice until expiry - because lets face it , whatever happens with these options is still very much price sensitive to the ordinary shareholders , and as such must still comply to the necessary ASX guidelines. I guess what I'm saying here is I don't want to see a notice of an ' underwriting ' deal being done on the death knock of 31st January 2020 - or I'll be the first one climbing all over them with complaints to both ASX and ASIC.

I'm now going to resume my ' Silence ' with regards to this stock and the Managements clear incompetence in developing anything meaningful with what they have available in so far as mining projects are concerned .... They annoy me far to much to even continue to waist my time here in presenting a case for SP and my investment , and because it became totally out of my hands once they issued over 1 Billion shares.....
