Don't know. CTM previously stated that Vale held the tenements historically, yet it appears now that Anglo held SW1 from possibly 2005 to 2009 at least. Terrativa, a private Brazilian company that CTM has the deal for the Para EP tenements with, is listed by the DNPM as the previous tenement holder of both SW1 and SW2 from 2013 to 2016.
Terrativa would have had to have done some exploration work on SW1 to have been awarded a 3 year extension on the EL.
