I don't love that this is a Chinese offtake, but I think they are sending a message to the world saying:

1: We are not racist, our doors are open to any serious buyer.

2: Look at this, the "oversupplied" Chinese have been knocking on our door this whole time.

3: The Chinese are so desperate that they want to buy our scraps (product quality should be good, but it will also be our lowest quality throughout the mine life).

4: I also think it tells the Chinese: Hey if you are willing to pay the true price, then there could be room for future small offtakes
