@Goldilocks, thanks for reading my post and your considered post. I am sorry to hear you are still in the ICU, hang in there, I believe LTR will make you feel better about many things in a few months. My explanation for my comment that you queried is that every bugger in the world, except some on HC and the LTR Board, thought we would be crushed by the fall of lithium prices, by our determination not to not involve China and by the difficulty of getting good finance to complete KV on time to the highest standard. The BEOT, the shorters, the banks, China, our competitors and probably Hancock all thought we would fail. Well we didn't and the recent posts by

@anatol will tell you why our future is so bright, like you we just have to hang in there.
I am sure TG was extremely angry with the Hancock intervention and what has gone on since. As you say, the LTR response was just to knuckle down and get it done without any negative and untrustworthy elements, and that includes China who 100% have been holding lithium prices where they want them. Having said that, you have to admire China's energy in just propelling the EV revolution to kill off the ICE in their country and to reduce their dependency on oil. China will reap what they sow and their tactics will have consequences no doubt for their economy which is horribly unbalanced and unfair. They will have to deal with that but I did not invest in LTR to teach them a lesson, others can do that, I invested in LTR because it is a great business which is very well run.
I felt LTR's decision, made after they had brilliantly solved their finance issue with one of China's main competitors, to then accept business from a Chinese company on LTR's terms, without cap in hand and without any fear of Chinese bullying was very clever. It said to me and to the Chinese, we don't need anyone except good customers who will pay fair prices for the best product and we will deal with anyone who does that. As I said, I like that. China is the biggest lithium market in the world and a Chinese company that owns an African lithium mine came to us to buy our product and I am confident that LTR negotiated very well and got the best price formula they could. They picked this Chinese company because they agreed to the terms that LTR set and that policy will create a very long term and strong business. LTR was happy to deal with a Chinese company on our terms and that is the clever signal they sent and one that will make up us more profitable. Making a long enduring profit is what this is all about and what will also attract a suitor or suitors who will have to pay a big price to buy us. That is why I liked LTR's decision here. We are dealing with Tesla, Ford and with LG have a very strong and special relationship with one of China's biggest lithium competitors and now we are also selling lithium to a Chinese company as well. This means we are not controlled or beholden to anyone and are our own masters. TO has done a magnificent job in steering us to this point. Also remember that not all lithium is the same, it is our ability to supply guaranteed high purity ESG lithium in volume from a secure jurisdiction that makes us so valuable and if China pays the right price which we, not them, set then they should get access to it. Having them as a customer will only increase the lithium price over time. It is also why I believe we will receive another take over offer before Xmas at greater than $3.
