if our governments ( state and federal ) would only make good decisions . 20 Billion to be spent on Victoria’s underground rail loop , for Melbourne people and visitors . 20 billion .
Imagine if that was put into battery plants and EVs , it would make a massive difference to the take up of EVs here and gives us back some manufacturing . We’ve got the raw materials , in a low manual Labor industry like battery production , we should be relatively competitive ? Maybe they will run another popularity contest , then if the masses support it , that will dictate a decision . Seems to be the way politics works .
