The problem is these offtake pricing mechanisms are totally opaque.
Is this offtake based on a different quality to the SC6 promised?
A lower price?
Seriously what's the point of this. There are only two ways it derisks anything:
1. Is the offtake partner is willing to take the product with quality or specifications variability
2. They are willing to pay higher than spot
We won't know until the quaterly comes out. It's very odd that they haven't elaborated.
