I don't think they're creating a new narrative so much as course correcting it back to the narrative of old, i.e. Lithium demand is ramping up and going to continue ramping as per the original narrative from a few years ago. The last year or so of corrections in the market was just a speed-bump, and the doom and gloom narrative was just Shorters trying to maximise their gains from their Shorts.
