To be honest I think they are just trying to squeeze as much juice out of AIPAC and spin it positively, don’t see a big market reaction coming from this - and if so, it won’t be sustained.

I’m waiting for the nsclc data early next month; from memory we have no data from the expansion cohort of 74 patients for first line nsclc so if we get good data from that we could be off and running.

I am beginning to think though that sooner or later Marc is going to throw in the towel and accept an offer from Merck. I recall Malcolm McColl of VLA essentially just accepting a low ball offer for the company as it seemed as though he and management/ the board grew tired of grinding the axe just to see the share price rise and fall around data readouts.

I am still bullish on IMM from a data perspective but yeah, an all cash acquisition this CY would not surprise me.
