To be honest I've pretty much exhausted all my research on Alacran at the moment until I think we receive further news.   

I have come across this  interview tonight which I found interesting as he mentioned the current costs at his company's Silver mines in Mexico.  AZS  recently attended this conference as well.

Would be interesting to research the First Majestic mines in Mexico to see what size deposits they are and to what depth.
