THGH, I did email Russell about this because I had concerns about one of the FAQ which was to my mind a bit vague. It suggested to me that VPC had done away with PPV fees. This represents a large hunk of VPCs revenue and my heart sunk when I saw that. Fortunately Russell put me straight. The flat fees only apply to the SME price plans (which I already knew) and PPV still applies to enterprise clients and hence why the POA. He told me all of VPCs current clients are enterprise clients (and hence paying PPV fees). He did actually tell me the average annualized earnings from each current client per year. I don't think it right that I should state that figure here publicly but lets just say it was at the very top but still within the range of my personal expectation...which I was very pleased about.
