Now here is an example of what may occur. What happens in month 4 if they want more than 50 lessons but it's a one off. Are they forced to go up a tier, or can they purchase the extra lessons as a one off. The customer will not likely want to increase their plan as most of their usage is within their limit. To purchase the next plan up would be a waste if one month of a year they were to go over but the majority of months are within their plan.

not sure but I am guessing that it would be up to the company to schedule their training to fit within their plan. If they plan ahead and realize that they will be a lesson or two short one month then there would be nothing to stop them from pushing a non essential lesson or two into the next month. Other than that I don't know. Maybe Velpic will offer extra lessons but at a price that would "encourage" subscription to an upgraded plan.
