Personally, I think it is a half year figure as Velpic's revenue is not cyclical.
They recorded revenue of $581,017 for this Half Year. Business was acquired 22 October 2015. That is 70 calendar days till YE.
If we calculate $581,017/19.18% =
$3.029M
This is the annualised 2016 YE result assuming no growth as of 31st December 2015 measurements.
The second report has 2016E 31 December at $1.9M.
Unless they are suggesting a huge contraction in revenues I am of the opinion it must be a half year result
