@kevin103 if you are really concerned with location and roads at WR1, you should check these guys out, FL is only 3.5 hours from Thunder Bay, there's a proposed hydroelectric station around 15k away, Jessie Lake is even closer around 2 hours or less, Ex-Pilbara management are leading, possibly could catch up in progress and maybe even overtake PMT and WR1 imo.
