LPM is married, but CHR is still single. that is the difference.
CHR could use CXO's technical skills, and CXO can have the priority to buy CHR's resource if it's valuable to CXO. Black Beard is a good finding for CXO. This ~2.3 square KM tenement has good potential which CXO should focus. Some pegs may run outside the boundary.
With two companies sufferred rececently, it lays good foundatioin for them to work together.
