The following part of article I found very interesting; MHC has some very well qualified people assisting, from a company (R-TEK) that helped with Engineering and commissioning of the Sigma Lithium Plant (website says 'R-Tek Group are providing owners team operational and technical support'). Also, believe LRS indicated same engineering group assisting them to basically build a sigma 2.0, could MHC be Sigma 3.0 but improved by all the lessons learnt from Sigma and LRS.

My role there culminated with the merger of Orocobre and Galaxy to create Allkem in 2021. I left there with a few individuals from Galaxy to set up our own business and now I’ve relocated to Dubai, where we headquartered a lithium trading business. We also run a boutique engineering group called R-Tek International which has just finished commissioning the Sigma Lithium’s plant in Brazil, and has just hit nameplate.
While I’m not involved in Manhattan on an executive basis, I’m helping out bringing my strategic relationships to the mix to help them.

Project in Canada but also located in great location to easily supply the growing US and Euro EV Market, only 25km to a deep-sea shipping port. They have now found a second and third spodumene bearing pegmatite train with 13-18 samples recording > 1% Li2O, with a peak result of 2.24% Li2O.

“Assays results of up to 2.24% Li20 speaks volumes for the potential of a major economic
lithium discovery at the Chebogue property from the spodumene-bearing pegmatites
discovered from the ‘Rainy Day’ pegmatite train. Ongoing exploration is now targeting the
bedrock source for these boulders, in addition to locating further spodumene-bearing
pegmatites. As previously mentioned, we are very excited given the Company’s large
landholding of over 100km strike immediate north and south of Brazil Lake highlights the
potential of this district scale landholding that has never previously been explored for Lithium
for more spodumene-bearing pegmatite discoveries. When you consider the proximity of
nearby ports (25km) and more favourable climatic temperatures than northern Canada, MHC
could potentially be advancing a major new lithium province in Canada.

I think quite a few might have overlooked the potential of project MHC now has acquired, drilling will tell the full story, they mention near term for drilling, let's hope we get drills in ground sooner rather than later, this could explode with the right results. GLTAH, only very early days yet and Manhattan has cash equivalents of $4.1 million and no debt on 30 June 2023, shouldn't be any money issues moving forward restricting progress!
