Thanks for that clarification abu, but....
Though a company may raise up to 15% of capital in any one year the company must
"have obtained the approval of their ordinary shareholders by special (75%) resolution at the AGM, to issue an additional 10% of issued capital over a 12 month period".
I can't find that resolution for the additional 10% in the last AGM.
