I don't understand that response abu.

A company may raise capital up to 15% of issued shares without prior shareholder approval....

but... to raise 26% they need (as I understand it) to have gained approval,at an AGM, for the extra 10%. I repeat, I can't find that resolution for the additional 10%.

The whole point of this query, which seems to be going nowhere, is, why wasn't the 10% applied for 'cause it doesn't seem right for a company to be able to issue a number of shares equal to 26% of its capital without shareholder approval.

All that the last AGM achieved was to clear the decks for another 15% not 26%.
