Thanks to qak I have discovered I've been using the wrong figures; I have therefore arrived at an incorrect conclusion.
Therefore my apologies to anyone who I might also have misled.
I erroneously used the major shareholders total as the grand total of shares. Using the correct total of shares the new issue of shares is marginally above 15%.
Furthermore the proportion of SMA shares held by our new investor is more like 13% with which I am much more comfortable than I had been with the wrongly calculated 20%.
