The whole point is that the money raised form this debenture issue will go direct to Minsheng as part payment of the debts we owe them.
From one pocket to the other without leaving any money for us to continue operations or to meet commitments.
In the meantime, I would like to know as to why the Board has released Sinosteel (I believe they are the ones that designed and constructed/installed the plant), from any obligations in regard to any liability arising from the poor performance of the plant. And most importantly, the man which was in charge of the construction and supervising of the plant, has now gained an even higher position within the company when he couldn't keep to it's previously set milestones.
