The closest peer to Volt is now WKT which has a market cap under $10 million. That means VRC would be valued at roughly one cent. And that's without factoring in the dilution from an urgent round of funding. I think there is almost a 100% chance it will be a convertible note.
Its all downside now IMO, shareholders deserve better but this is not going to improve and directors resetting their performance shares is an insult.
