Until they can finalize that shortfall, SP will go sideways. I feel that there is a decent chance that the shortfall will be placed by the end of this month. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Have money in the bank almost and ready for some newsflow later in the year. Also conincides with most economies pausing or holding rates and a unique znpb formation. This will turn out to be another SVM. Finger's crossed.
