Arx done a staff share issue of 8mill in shares i believe.
I would imagine it is the staff that are doing the selling as the new year holiday period is upon us.

Arx mc - 200-300mill , PNV mc - ~1.5bill

ARX is on par with PNV in revenue,

Debt levels are about the same - ARX a bit lower

ARX has more cash on hand due to the raise

ARX has more fda approved products currently but with less market depth - ARX has been in the US market only where as PNV is pretty mich worldwide with their 1 or 2 products. Note that Arx revenue is the same tho....

ARX has recently issued anns noting they are now approved for India and Europe -

This sell off is a great short opportunity as per Erics motives or a great entry point for longs.
This will most likely catch up to PNV by the next half yearly
