firstly ipscs are a materially different process. Secondly as was stated earlier none of the zealots there bothered to even read the patent, neither what it related to nor the expiry date.
and now that you’ve all been caught out as fools you simply ignore that and start on a tangent of trials taking a long time. In fact immediately after being identified as incorrect and lacking in research you’re now expecting us to believe that you’re an expert on the FDA and we should listen to what you’re telling us. I think you’ve provided reasonable evidence as to why your opinion shouldn’t be valued.
