The two 'complicating' factors here, as i see it, are:
1) will the 4-5% leucoxine make it worth it?
and
2) mineral separation technicalities of saprolite
here's a global comparison for interest sake - noting that none of the other mines are sprolite hosted - which could be a good if the separation process proves easier/more cost effective. or a bad thing if the separation process proves to be a pain:
