I don't have milk delivered, but I've consumed Royal Crest milk. It's pretty darn good and tastes better than the typical store-bought milk so I can see why their business is growing. Milk is a staple for many families and it's something they'll always consume, revenue should be steady and profits from deliveries will be more forecastable compared with food deliveries.

GSW should definitely put water delivery companies on their list!
