I note the Media release from Japara says that "is focused on maximising shareholder value consistent with its previously stated integrated value creation strategy".
Is any part of that statement accurate - "maximising shareholder value" ? since when, and what is "integrated value creation strategy" ?.
Having bought into Japara at $2.86, I can tell you that the "maximising shareholder value" and "integrated value creation strategy" is not happening, and it time to change the model, and get rid of the people driving the model.
