No doubt there 'll be 'rumours' going around brokers circles,quokka74, which the 'hoi polloi' retail shareholders aren't privy to. And certain parties with market clout are making sure they don't have to pay out too much to build their positions. In a back handed sense,it's a good sign.Personally, I reckon GAL's got the goods, but your every day punter is either stashing their dollars in the bank.Or the cost of living is such, they haven't got the dosh to punt any more.Probably a mixture of both. So the 'big boys' are able to set the share price.
