Hello. ESR has 1,759,371,187 shares on issue. All other securities are well out of the money. The acquisition of these manganese tenements in Timor on 4 December 2023 has done relatively nothing for the ESR share price. At 70% ownership and 0.5 cent share price, the market cap equates to $12,566,942 (on a 100% ownership basis). Since the market has not responded to this project, I cannot imagine the market cap being worth $15 million. If ESR must raise $2.5M, I guess/speculate this would most likely be done at 0.3 cents. This would make the market cap $10M and the EV $7.5M.
