yep I was more heading down the path of does the issuing of the plans for construction drawings mean that they move to tendering for the build and then straight into building and would you have expected them earlier next year? we all know that the plant will be built next year just more interested in whether the timeframes for it and the power assessment gave any more insight or indication on a build window or production timeframe.
