They already announced a few results. They are at very early stage but it looks like they have huge potentials and they are progressing. They have been contracting consultants, surveyors and geologists - everyone is playing their own roles. It's like hiring best in breed strategy - contracting the best when they would be required. Due to nature of work and limited scope, cash and timing constraint, they wont hire full time employees just to do a piece of work and that makes perfect sense,
