PGM had a spread similar to this one a few days ago and was at 4.8c, it hit 12 cents today .
directors must acknowledge that they are sitting on very precious grounds in Syerston, and must take some initiative to move forward on it.
once market gets the feeling that this company is being proactive in the Scandium space, JRV will attain a $20m market cap easy.
