additional 20% shares issued for minjar and then a 1 for 4 cap raise at 6c. share on issue went from about 400 million to 660 million (100 for minjar and then another 150 for cap raise- approx) . but the 260 million shares were issued at 6c with no consolidation occurring. if you took allocation your dilution was only 20%. This was an awesome outcome for a company that went into VA. I was fortunate enough to have an average price below 6c but buying a week before VA was not a great thing at the time however, i always went in thinking price had been manipulated down.
