Some of my thoughts for the day below –

1/ I don’t usually mention what price I buy or sell because I feel that is each person’s personal decision, but I’ll make an exception just this one time. I sold off completely at 9.6 today in the last hour; so I’ve got no complaints even if TON goes up today

2/ I recently have been mentioning that all my comments should be taken from point of view of me being in and out rather than “hold long term” – thought I’d put that into practice right away

3/ Many regular commenters on too many graphite stocks are in love with their stock to the point where many have not sold at highs. Having analysed my own failings, falling in love was the worst last time around. I wanted to actively get out today so that my decision to buy or sell TON was completely free of emotion.

4/ Selling out old stock and starting afresh is refreshing. You can actively see it with fresh eyes.

5/ TON was best performer on ASX today as well as maximum volume. Also is one of the most discussed stocks on HC. Phenomenal start for a company coming out of admin.

6/ I mentioned as soon as we could take up our entitlement that I thought that taking it up was a no-brainer as at least some spike seemed likely. Well, we already had that spike today and hence decided to go for the sale, as the spike was pretty good.

7/ I’ve also mentioned recently that TON is in pure casino territory, and guessing price is very difficult. We can see that today as no one was able to guess prices. I would not be surprised if TON goes to 20 cents or even back to 6 cents, before taking off again. Can really go anywhere.

8/ TON seemed to be meeting some resistance towards end at 9.5 and I hence thought of getting off. As mentioned in above point, I can be totally wrong.

9/ Looking at the chart, TON’s close today was the highest in 2016 - so that influenced my decision too.

10/ TON seemed to be stuck around 7.5 cents for a while today. I'm personally hoping for some retest.

11/ Overall, as I recently mentioned, I intend to continue being in and out of this stock, so long as the price seems favourable. Again, it is really impossible to judge what is favourable price. I’m personally at peace today because if TON has a big fall tomorrow, I can come back in hopefully or alternatively even if TON rises, I’ve got no complaints since there are a lot of very deserving long termers who deserve a much higher price. For the record, I don’t believe that this is anywhere even remotely close to TON’s fundamental value. Towards the end, I was almost getting FOMO again and thought of buying back at 9.3 but held on, because even back to 7.5 or 6 would not surprise me.
I’ll keenly be waiting and watching
