so if they were going to extend the offer they would have needed to announce that to the market on the 6th May... they didn't so looks like they got a good portion of money from current SH's.!! Happy days
Closes tomorrow at 5pm 9th May so still a trading day to put money in... so between now and the 16th May they'll raise any shortfall to get the $3.9M
As per below, they'll announce a "successful" raise on the 16th May, then issue our new shares a week later on the 24th May Happy Days
