Who knows, I would like to assume so as well, but I don't think it really matters. If there is a shortfall some of us shareholders who applied for more will get our extra shares which is nice but even if there was a significant shortfall there will be a queue of institutional investors keen to get in here. Hopefully they can wait in line until we get the looooooooooong awaited re-rate. Hopefully we have enough to trend back up into the 8cent range after the loose ends of the raise are tied off, but I doubt we will see higher than 8-10 cents until we know more about the facility or start landing some bigger contracts.
