Sean has received around 10 million in remuneration for just over 2 years work with no new customers (In customers i mean a business willing to actually pay money for Akida...... not partnerships)

Ive been around long enough to remember all these partnerships that never deliver any revenue............ Soft cryptum, Veritone, Safran, All the casino agreements, Civil surveillance with french police, Inilabs gmbH etc etc..

What about NASA...... whats the partnership there, they can just play around with Akida for 5 , 10 years and not pay anything. A 1 Million IP deal with NASA would be like them handing over a 5 cent piece....They basically have a unlimited budget..

Even look at the Socionext partnership........Akida was meant to be in the synquacer years and years ago........... NOPE that never happened... I'm still holding out hope that Akida is in the new Radar solutions of Socionext releasing early next year.

Nothing ever seems to eventuate.

We were told an "explosion of sales a the end of 2022" NOPE
We were told that we would be in a consumer product at the end of 2022 ..... NOPE
We were told that new revenue would cover the increased costs of building up the size of business.... NOPE
We were told that we would reach 100 employees (still not even close to this figure)......... NOPE

We were told (akida) was going to be in consumer goods ...NOPE, White goods (AK500) NOPE......

2024....................................................... the only certainties is that Management will continue to award themselves with Millions RSU for little if any performance Metrics (Management received on average 40% of eligible bonuses in 2022......isnt that amazing!!!!)

Brainchip will continue to put announcements to the market and then have to put out a correction.........

Antonio (Chairman) will continue to be arrogant while he keeps on being awarded Millions of RSU for no performance conditions attached to his employment (only a time served condition)..

I would think that the share price does matter to the shareholders if the company has to go and do a capital call again (currently in one)

Why was the last capital call stopped when LDA still had over 9 million shares to sell when the share price was in the 30 cent range.......
Now we have a capital call (extended agreement) and they have to sell those 9 million shares by the end of this year in the 18 cent range as part of the new agreed terms.............. (the rest to be bought by early feb 2024)

Yes we certainly do have a world class board............. NOPE
