Punt is the word (in my own opinion),, one day VMS only needed to up grade a side road, then into production.
That was December of last year, now almost into the middle of March and NOTHING.
I would sack the entire board and management (if you can call them that), and start again.
Send in experienced team of miners and managers to find out what the situation is.
