Well your answer is in the lastest announcement/presentation. Another cut-and-paste from what we've known for the past six months.
In my opinion this is more deceptive behaviour. If people new to this company purchased based solely on the information provided in the presentation they would be extremely annoyed once they delved further into the history of the project and watched the infamous videos.
I know people should conduct due diligence but if you take Directors at face value in a presentation then it's shonky.
