I disagree.
He isn't asking if there was a wall failure. His is asking if there has been any mention of THE major wall failure. Therefore he is intimating that there has been a major wall failure.
The post is either accurate and the company is covering it up or the post is clearly and deliberately misleading.
The wording leaves no room for middle ground imo.
