Doesn't really work like that in real life as the variance of what comes out of the ground can be extreme. But, for amusements sake using those numbers with an average of 1000ppm across the board, its 250k tonnes. Or there abouts. (Have assumed gross weight of regolith to be 1650kg/cubic m. I may be off a tad here though)
