They basically started fishing around for this in April 2014 and advise that if you are interested have to reply by 15 June 2014. So essentially has taken them 19 months to get to the "multi-million" dollar stage.
Just ambulance chasers - I'm sure its no coincidence that now the share price is up and MAH has plenty of cash in the bank they have thrown something out there.
